In the early 1600's, the oppressive Manchurian government of the Ching Dynasty imposes a ban, forbidding the practice of martial arts altogether. Martial Village, a gathering spot for an anti- Manchurian organization, is being attacked. Seven swordsmen, representing heroism and goodness, come together to form the 'Seven Swords' to defend the last holdout of martial artists during these turbulent times.
