　　寡婦何麗珠(鄭秀文飾)家財億萬，但為人苛刻、性恪霸道、身為董事又愛詐病不上班，人人敬而遠之。一次她以右眼視網膜落為藉口請假，其後竟發現自己左眼可以看見鬼。恐怖怪事陸續出現，各方鬼魂紛紛求助於她，其中以王勁威(劉青雲飾)最麻煩。他細數生前憾事如繁星，要何為他圓夢，令何不勝其煩，後來兩人卻建立起真摯友誼。這時何向王提出一個根本沒有可能實現的要求……

After witnessing a suicide, rich widow Sammi (Cheng) realizes that her left eye can see ghosts. As words of her ability spreads throughout the afterworld, ghosts of all kind come to Sammi for help in fulfilling their last wishes. Naughty ghost Sean (Lau), promises Sammi to look for her late husband's spirit if she can find out what his last regret was.
